it's still considered mild nudity when you show someone's butt. And you may not have seen Mario's thing, but he was still not clothed.
Also the mention of STDs constitutes mild sexual content.
Believe it or not, all this adds up to a 17+ rating on Newgrounds. I just filled in the blanks and that's what I got.
